HOW DO WE RANK OUR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS?

We’ve tested thousands of computer software engineers from elite institutions and top tech companies in order to devise the BlindData scale. Your BlindData rank will be calculated based on the quality and accuracy of your multiple choice and coding score. You may also view your scores on the profile page.

The leaderboard displays rankings from the past six months.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Take the online coding test
  2. Get your score and get ranked
  3. Come in for an in-person programming test
  4. Get matched with employers based on skill-fit
